• The date upto which the patch/version will be available in the webprompt would be entered in the To Date field .

• Project name must be selected from the list box of projects.

• The name of the folder in which the uploaded patch/version will reside would be entered in the Distribution Name field. BasicallyDistribution Name acts as Top Level Folder of Uploaded File Set.

• The Description field will contain the description about the patch/version.

• To select files for attachment the Add/Remove button need to be clicked. A separate window opens up through which multiple files can be attached.

• To select user for whom the patch/version would be sent project admin need to check one of the following four radio buttons according to the requirement.  

* All user

* TSS Location

* Specific User

* User Group from Distribution List

• Then click submit button.
