- This Upload facility is meant for Importing Latest Call details & Analysis from Base PROMPT
- Select Filename with full path (Use Browse button) and
press upload.
- The import log will be generated with date & time .
- Authorized persons are suggested to download and check this log after import .
- To check row by row upload details Download Log File.Save
the file in local disk and go through it.
- See the Status of Transactions taken place row by row.
- Upon Successful Upload, Verify from Status view (in case you have permission to
do so).
- Insertion on Temporary Table can have either status : (Successful/Failure).
- Calling Procedure SP_IMPORT_BASECALLS can have either status :(Successful/Failure/Aborted).
- Contact PROMPT/Technology Group with this file, in case of any transaction failure
