The Edit
Assign Role lets you modify the different set of operation that a person
can assume in webprompt.
It
lets you filter to names of persons by the project name and location thus
making it extremely user-friendly.
First
select the Project Name from the drop-down list. This will show all the
locations related to this project.
Next
enter the location where the person belongs. This would give the list of
persons working in the selected project in the selected location.
Now
choose the person whose role is to be viewed and edited.
After
that press the button “View Assigned Roles”.
This
displays a page with a list of transactions that are available. The ones
that have a ticked at there side are the ones for which permission has
been given to the above person.
You
can tick the transaction or remove it by clicking the small box by its
left-side.
The
two buttons “Check All” and “Clear All” are used to tick all the boxes or
remove all the ticks.
To
finalize the permissions given to the person click on the button “Submit”.
The
Personal User Group facilitates to add and remove person to the group. It
displays those persons that are under the chosen group as well as lets you
filter persons by project name and location.
