• Trough this facility project admin can send message to different user of this project.

• The date upto which the message will be available in the webprompt would be entered in the To Date field .

• Project name must be selected from the list box of project.

• The message would be entered in the following text area box.

• To select user for whom the message would be sent project admin need to check one of the following four radio buttons according to the requirement.

* All user

* TSS Location

* Specific User

* User Group from Distribution List

• Then  click submit button.
