§         The “Claim Status” shows the status of all the claims that has been made by the user. This includes the claims that are saved to be altered in the future.

 

§         The first text box gives the voucher number of the claim. Clicking on this will give the details of the voucher and incase it was saved for editing in future it lets you edit the voucher. For the details on edit refer to help on “Claim Entry”.

 

§         The “Date” field displays the date in which the claim was initiated.

 

§         The next field gives the status of the claim.

 

§         The “Download Report” lets you download the report for that particular voucher in pdf or html format as chosen by clicking on the “pdf” for the former and “html” for the later.
