- Just as
similar as analysis module, first screen is provided to filter your search
for a particular call .
- Project Name
must be selected.
- Project
Selected populates company Names, Department names and Status with which
your search is to be filtered.
- Except
Project Name all fields are optional.
- Pressing “Go”
button takes user to a page in which List of Calls matched with specified
criteria appears.
- Hyperlink is provided with Call numbers.
- To select any
click and finally reach onto page
in which you can view latest status of the call with status.
- All fields appear as display only text.
- This page
shows Original Call description ,registering date, initiatorand office code,
Company name along with latest Analysis (if any) and Status of that
call.
- If any other analysis has been done in WEB PROMPT earlier
, those can be available by clicking on Hyperlink “View All Previous
Analysis”.
- All previous
status upon a particular call appears in descending order of date in which
analysis was done.
- To view a
particular, click upon particular status ( Check Date and Time of
analysis) appears as hyperlink and view details.
