is provided to filter your search for a particular call.

- Project Name
must be selected.

- Project
Selected populates company Names, Department names and Status with which
your search is to be filtered.

- Except
Project Name all fields are optional.
·
- Pressing “Go”
button takes user to a page in which List of Calls matched with specified
criteria appears.

- Hyperlink is
provided with Call numbers.
·
- To select any
click and finally reach onto main analysis page in which you can analyze the call and update status.

- All fields
are mandatory.

- Requirement
Analysis /Problem analysis can be done by both Initiator and Manager.
- During
Analysis, call status can be updated from Drop down list. The set of
status corresponds to project specific status list.
- Problem Nature, Priority should be selected.
- During analysis, original Problem description with
registering date, initiator and
office code, Company name appear as display only text.

- Finally,
press submit button and upon successful analysis message comes like
“Successful Analysis for Call Number…..”
